Protutorial also offers Associate Support Services for organisations who require additional support with documentation, evidence preparation and detailed analysis.  This work is carried out by an Associate Consultant who supports with specialist tasks that are precision-based, data-driven and detail orientated. 

This service is particularly beneficial for organisations preparing for accreditation, inspection or quality review, where accuracy, clarity and detail are essential.

This enables Protutorial to provide a complete consultancy offer; combining senior leadership experience and strategic advisory support with meticulous detail-focused work where required.

We keep our consultancy pricing transparent, simple and predictable.

Lead Consultant (Director) Day Rate: £750 per day
For strategic consultancy, senior advisory work, leadership development, inspection readiness, organisational improvement and programme design.

Associate Support Day Rate: £250 – £300 per day
For detailed analytical work, document review, evidence preparation, research tasks and supporting activity that complements senior consultancy input.

Lead Consultant Retainer Option: £550 per day (minimum one day per week for 3 months)
Designed for organisations who benefit from consistent senior support, continuity and ongoing oversight.

Lead Consultant Half Day Rate: £400 (up to 3.5 hours)
Suitable for shorter advisory sessions, follow-up activity or targeted professional support.
