Course Description - Our Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading (RQF) course is designed to develop learners’ knowledge and understanding of team leading to enable them to progress to other qualifications or employment including apprenticeships in the sector.
Successful learners can progress to other qualifications such as our Level 3 Diploma in Management.
Learners may also find that the knowledge and understanding gained can be applied in a variety of other sectors.
Course Duration – This course can be completed in as little as 6 months, up to a maximum of 12 months. As this is an online course, you can study at your own pace and according to your preferences.

Learners must achieve the 3 mandatory units and at least 5 other optional units.

Entry Requirements – There are no specific entry requirements, however, learners should have a minimum of Level 2 in literacy and numeracy or equivalent in order to engage appropriately with the teaching content and the assessment requirements.

Course Description - Our Level 3 Diploma in Management (RQF) course is ideal for individuals in various management positions, such as first-line managers, assistant managers, or experienced team leaders.
The qualification develops the knowledge and skills required to undertake management roles in a range of business settings including planning, allocating and monitoring the work of the team, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, procuring supplies, project management, agreeing budgets and managing and improving customer service.
Course Duration – This course can be completed in as little as 6 months, up to a maximum of 18 months’. As this is an online course, you can study at your own pace and according to your preferences.

Learners must achieve a minimum of 55 credits: 31 credits from the Mandatory Group and a minimum of 17 credits from Optional Group A. A maximum of 7 credits can come from Optional Group B. Course Description – Our Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership (RQF) is designed to develop the underpinning knowledge of learners who are middle managers to enable them to lead and manage individuals and teams, develop strategic plans and manage strategic change. The qualification is suitable for managers in a wide range of occupations and sectors and gives them the opportunity to demonstrate management skills.
The qualification is a knowledge element of the Higher Apprenticeship in Management
Course Duration – This course can be completed in as little as 6 months, up to a maximum of 24 months’. As this is an online course, you can study at your own pace and according to your preferences.
Topics covered - Learners must achieve a minimum of 39 credits: 20 credits from the mandatory units, 10 credits from Group B and 9 credits from either Group B or Group C. These options will be discussed with learners during induction, or you can contact Protutorial direct at learn@protutorial.co.uk
